Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION Proposed development at: Land at M5 Junction 13, West of Stonehouse, Eastington, Stroud, Gloucestershire. Take notice an application is being made by: Ecotricity Group Ltd, for outline planning permission for: a 5,000-capacity football stadium and other ancillary uses (Use Class D2); one full-sized grass pitch and one full-sized all-weather pitch and a goal practice area (Use Class D2); car parking for cars and coaches and highways improvements to the A419 including a signalised site junction and combined cycle/ Footway. All matters reserved save for access. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to Stroud District Council, Ebley Mill, Ebley Wharf, Stroud, GL5 4UB within 21 days of the date of this notice.
