ARTICLE 15 TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015.

I GIVE NOTICE THAT Ecotricity Group Limited is applying for planning permission to Stroud District Council for Land at M5 Junction 13 West Of Stonehouse, Eastington, Gloucestershire.

Proposal: Development comprising of a 5000-capacity football stadium and other ancillary uses (use Class D2); one full-sized grass pitch and one fultaized all-weather pitch and a goal practice area (use class D2); car parking for cars and coaches and highway improvements to A419 including a signalised site junction and combined cycle/footway. All matters reserved save for access. Application Reference S.19/1418/OUT - received on 3 July 2019
