NOTICE IN RESPECT TO WORKS IN CONNECTION WITH SECTION 38 OF THE COMMON ACT 2006

MR ANDREW SPRACKMAN has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on Sodbury Common. The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State.

The proposed works are: WIDENING OF EXISTING ACCESS INVOLVING PROVISION OF HARDSTANDING ON 14.97 M2 OF COMMON LAND

The works will be located: ON EITHER SIDE OF EXISTING ACCESS POINT OFF BADMINTON ROAD, OPPOSITE HARTLEY HOUSE OFFICES, OLD SODBURY

Due to the CVOD19 pandemic hard copies of the application cannot be viewed in a public place, however a copy of the application form and accompanying documents may be obtained by writing to Matthew Kendrick, Grass Roots Planning, 86-8 Colston Street, Bristol, BS1 5BB or via email to
