Notice is hereby given that Hareton Chun Kan Wong has applied to South Gloucestershire Council for the VARIATION of a Premises Licence for The George Hotel, 63-65 Broad Street, Chipping Sodbury, BS37 6AD. Variation No Doors Supervisor on Fridays Evening if the Dance floor is not operating. If the Dance floor is operating a minimum of 2 SIA registered Door Supervisors from 2100hours on Friday Evenings. Minimum of 2 SIA registered Door Supervisors from 2100hours Saturday Evenings regardless of whether the Dance floor is open. A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at South Gloucestershire Council, Licensing Service, Engine Common Lane, Yate, South Gloucestershire, BS37 7PN.

will be considered.

Copies of all representations will be included in

the papers presented to the Licensing

one of the four licensing objectives.

A FINE OF UP TO LEVEL 5 ON THE STANDARD

SCALE (UNLIMITED) UNDER SECTION 158 OF

THE LICENSING ACT 2003 TO KNOWINGLY OR

RECKLESSLY MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT IN

CONNECTION WITH THIS APPLICATION._
