GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF MAKING OF A PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (PUBLIC BRIDLEWAYS HWE 2 & HWE 5) (PARISH OF WESTCOTE) DIVERSION ORDER 2020 The above Order made on 27th October 2020 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, if confirmed, will divert the lengths of Public Bridleways described in Part 1 of the Schedule hereto to a line described in Part 2. A copy of the Order and map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Gloucestershire County Council, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester, GL1 2TG and Cotswold District Council, Trinity Road, Cirencester, Glos GL71PX. Copies of the Order and Order Map may be obtained free of charge (please quote reference HWE/2/5/TH). Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Principal Public Rights of Way Officer, Gloucestershire County Council, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester, GL1 2TG not later than 17th December 2020. Please state the grounds on which they are made. (Please quote reference HWE/2/5/TH). If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Gloucestershire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations and objections that have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order. In submitting an objection it should be noted that personal data and correspondence relating to any objection will be passed to Gloucestershire County Council in order that they can contact you directly to address the issues raised. If any person does not wish personal data to be forwarded to the Council they should state why when submitting the objection and the Secretary of State will copy the representations to the Council with the name and address removed and if there is to be a public inquiry the representations will be seen by the Inspector who may give them less weight as a result.

SCHEDULE PART 1 Description of path to be stopped up That length of bridleway HWE 2 that runs from a point at OSGR SP2238/2211 north east of Gawcombe in an east north easterly direction for 220 metres to a point at OSGR SP2260/2215 and of undefined width. That length of bridleway HWE 5 that runs from a point at OSGR SP2272/2176 north east of Church Westcote in an easterly direction for 170 metres to a point at OSGR SP2289/2176 and of undefined width.
PART 2 Description of new path
A length of bridleway that runs from OSGR SP2238/2211 in an east south easterly direction and then a north easterly direction for 250 metres to OSGR SP2260/2215 and with a width of 3 metres. A length of bridleway that runs from OSGR SP2272/2176 in a north easterly and then a south easterly direction for 252 metres to OSGR SP2289/2176 and with a width of 3 metres. Please Note: The diversion will move the bridleways onto existing farm tracks. Dated: 19th November 2020

Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015 Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact assessment) Regulations 2017 Notice under Article 25 of Further Information in respect of an Environmental Statement Proposed development at Tinkers Bam Quarry, Guiting Power, Gloucestershire, GL54 5UF, Variation of conditions 12(exportation of stone) and 13(crushing) to allow a 3-year temporary period for the processing and removal from site of excess unusahle huilding stone materials from phases 1 & 2 to address operational issues relating to high quantities of waste on site relating to planning consent 16/0012/CWMAJM dated 26/05/2016. Application No. 19/0072/CWMAJM (District Reference 19/03957/CPO). I give NOTICE that Cotswold Stone Company Limited has submitted additional information to Gloucestershire County Council in respect of the Environmental Statement submitted with the original application 11 /0019/CWMAJM and the Addendum to 2011 Environmental Statement submitted with application no. 16/0012/CWMAJM. The proposal seeks amendments to an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) development previously consented under 11/0019/CWMAJM and varied by 16/0012/CWMAJM. As such the Mineral Planning Authority (MPA) is of the opinion that the proposed variation of conditions 12 (exportation of stone) and 13 (crushing) of 16/0012/CWMAJM to allow a 3-year temporary period for the processing and removal from site of excess unusable building stone materials from phases 1 & 2 falls within the definition of a 'subsequent' application for the purpose of the EIA Regulations 2011 and 2017. The further information available in relation to the Environmental Statement relates to: 1 Email from Agent dated 09.10.20 regarding the crusher location. Revised Phasing Plan (Drawing no. 22439-02) received by the Mineral Planning Authority on 10.11.20. The phasing now reflects the phasing already approved under planning application 16/0012/CWMAJM.
