GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF C/193 CLIMPERWELL ROAD (BRIMPSFIELD PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of C/193 Climperwell Road from its Junction with 400861 Daisy Bank Road to its junction with 400868 The Old Post Office for a distance of approximately 1380 metres.
The reason for the closure is for the replacement of a BT
pole as the road is too narrow for vehicles to pass safely.
The road is expected to be closed from 4th December 2020
between the hours of 08:00 and 16:30 only or until the

TEMPORARY CLOSURE 41324 MIDDLE HILL (CHALFORD PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 41324 Middle Hill from its junction with Chalford Footpath 72 to outside the entrance of Middle Hill Farm for a distance of approximately 75 metres. The reason for the closure is to install a new water supply. The road is expected to be closed from 7th December 2020 until 11th December 2020 or until the works have been completed. Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 3/208 Downton Road from its junction with Stanley Downton Road to its junction with Crescent Road for a distance of approximately 400 metres. The reason for the closure is to rebuild a damaged parapet at Bridgend Bridge.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE 3/209 OLDEHDS LANE (STONEHOUSE TOWN) STROUD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close 3/209 Oldends Lane from 20 metres West of Oldends Level Crossing to 20 metres East of Oldends Level Crossing for a distance of approximately 50 metres. The reason for the closure is for network rail to undertake works to remove barrier panels and tamp throughout the entire area. The road is expected to be closed from 23:30 on 19th December 2020 until 08:30am on the 20th December 2020 or until the works have been completed. STANDISH AND HARDWICKE PARISHES) (STROUD DISTRICT) AND (40 MPH SPEED LIMIT REVOCATION) (QUEDGELEY PARISH) (GLOUCESTER CITY) ORDER 2020 Notice is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to:
(i) Prohibit the driving of any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 50 mph on the lengths of road described in Schedule 1 below; and

(ii) Prohibit the driving of any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 60 mph on the length of road described in Schedule 2 below; and

(iii) Revoke the Gloucestershire County Council 40 mph speed (B4008 Hardwicke) Order 2016

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE 41424 ST MARY'S HILL (WOODCHESTER PARISH) STBOUD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) part of the 41424 St Mary's Hill from its junction with the A46 to its junction with Convent Lane for a distance of approximately 280 metres.
The road falls within Woodchester Parish in the Stroud District in Gloucestershire. The closure is necessary due to urgent repairs to a boundary wall.
The road was originally closed for 21 days by emergency Notice commencing 9th November 2020. However the works are still ongoing so it is necessary to extend the closure by an Order which can authorise the closure of the road for up to eighteen months from the date of the original Notice.
