Leda Properties Ltd submitted to Stroud District Council on 20.03.2020 a Hybrid planning application for the extension to the existing business park at Aston Down, Cowcombe Lano, Chalford, comprising:

(i) Outline application lor Zones A, 0 and E (with all matters reserved except access) for employment floor spece within Use Classes Bl, D2 and BO and relocated car parking.



(ii) Full application for Zones B and C for employment floor space within Use Classes Bl, B2 and B8



Application: S.20/0716/FUL revised documents and amended ES have been received on 01 Jul 2021 and can be viewed on

www.stroud.gov.uk/planning
