Notice of Application to Review a Premises Licence
LICENSING ACT 2003
Hertfordshire Constabulary has applied to the Licensing Authority of Three Rivers District Council to review the premises licence at:
Riverside Mansions, Old Mill Road, Hunton Bridge, Kings Langley, Herts, WD4 8QT
Hertfordshire Constabulary have called a review of the above premises licence on grounds relevant to the licensing objectives -
1) the prevention of crime & disorder,
2) public safety,
3) the prevention of public nuisance and
4) the protection of children from harm namely:
a) Disorderly, offensive or criminal behaviour on the premises
b)The use of the premises has resulted in serious nuisance to members of the public
c) There has been disorder near the premises,
d)Serious concerns for public safety.
