NOTICE Is given that the Hertfordshire County Council Intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using the footpath situated between No.154 Penrose Avenue and No.151 Carpenders Avenue, Carpenders Park from its junction with Delta Gain north eastwards to its junction with Penrose Avenue, a distance of approximately 30m ("the Footpath"). An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the east and south sides of Delta Gain and the footway situated on the west side of Penrose Avenue.

5. that length of College Road, Abbots Langley from its junction with Tibbs Hill Road north eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with the Arundel Road/Hariech Road roundabout, a distance of approximately 498m.

An alternative route will be via Langley Lane, Aerodrome Way, Ashfields, High Road,A405 North Orbital Road, Horseshoe Lane and College Road.
6. that length of Tilehouse Lane, Maple Cross from a point 114m south west of its junction with A412 Denham Way south westwards, south eastwards, south westwards and south eastwards for a distance of approximately 957m.
