NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT Application number: 17/07126/VAR Proposed development at Charlton Park Farm, Charlton Park Estate, Near Quobwell Farm, Tetbury Road, Malmesbury, Wiltshire, SN16 0HT. I give notice that Pegasus Planning Group Ltd is applying to Wiltshire Council for planning permission for Variation of conditions 2 (amendment to approved plans) & 13 (sourcing of raw materials/area supplying materials to digester) of 15/11887/FUL (Erection of on-farm Anaerobic Digestion plant, for processing agricultural slurry, crop & crop residues, together with weighbridge; combined heat & power unit; gas network entry facility; concrete apron; technical building, silage clamps, landscaping; provision of earth bunds & reprofiling of ground level; installation of lagoons, attenuation pond & associated infrastructure) and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. The Environmental Statement is now the subject of Other Information and Evidence submissions. And to temporarily suspend the existing Weight Restriction Order on B4528 Hardenhuish Lane, Chippenham to facilitate a route for diverted traffic. Notice is hereby given that on 22 August 2017 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is as follows: Orders 1 and 3 - To revoke the County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Burbage) (Derestricted Roads) Order 2013 and re-enact it, in part, in the above Order 3, revoke The County of Wiltshire (C192, Burbage) (Restricted Roads) Order 2002 and re-enact it in the above Order 1 and to introduce a 30mph speed limit on C192 High Street - from a point 240 metres south of its junction with Suthmere Drive for a distance of 62 metres in a southerly direction; C192 Stibbs Green/Savernake Road - from its junction with C192 High Street and C192 Marlborough Road for a distance of 349 metres in a north easterly direction. Order 2 To introduce a 40mph speed limit on C192, Durley, Burbage - from a point 125 metres south of the vehicular entrance to property known as 'Durley House' to a point 60 metres north east of the boundary wall of property known as 'Durley Gate'. A copy of the Orders and plans may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Orders and desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in the Orders on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. (three sections) (a) for a distance of approximately 40m between 41 to 47 Fairfoot Close; (b) for a distance of approximately 40m between 30 to 18 The Firs; (c) for a distance of approximately 40m between 12 to 2 Queens Crescent. Each section of the footpath will be closed consecutively and reinstated before the next section is closed. To enable: Wessex Water to undertake works for water main replacement.
