GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF 41452 WATLEDGE ROAD (PARISH OF NAILSWORTH) STROUD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council intends to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of road number 41452 Watledge Road from outside the property known as Sunnyside for a distance of approximately 20 metres. The reason for the closure is to carry out works to renew a stop tap The road is expected to be closed on 6th December 2017 only or until the works have been completed. TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF 41336 FERNDALE ROAD (PARISH OF WHITESHILL & RUSCOMBE) STROUD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council intends to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of road number 41336 Ferndale Road from its junction with Highfield Road for approximately 30 metres in a northerly direction. The reason for the closure is to carryout new sewer connection works The road is expected to be closed between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 from 11th December 2017 until 15th December 2017 or until the works have been completed. NOTICE OF MAKING OF A PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND EXTINGUISHMENT AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDERS HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH MBL9 AND MBL 8) (PARISH OF BISLEY WITH LYPIATT) DIVERSION AND EXTINGUISHMENT ORDERS 2017
The above Orders made on the 10th November 2017 under Section 119 and Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980, and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, if confirmed, will divert and extinguish the lengths of Public Footpaths described in Part 1 of the Schedules hereto to the line described in Part 2 of the said Schedule. A copy of the Orders and plans attached to the Orders (the "Order Plan") may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Gloucestershire County Council, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester GL1 2TG and Stroud District Council, Ebley Mill, Stroud, Glos, GL5 4UB. Copies of the Orders and Order Plans may be obtained free of charge (please quote reference MBL/8/9/MBT). Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Public Rights of Way Lead Officer, Gloucestershire County Council, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester GL1 2TG not later than the 20th December 2017. Please state the grounds on which they are made. (Please quote reference MBL/8/9/MBT). If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Gloucestershire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations and objections that have not been withdrawn wil be sent with the Order.

Description of site of existing paths That length of footpath MBL 9 that runs from a point north of Spring Farm, Middle Lypiattat OSGR SO8768/0431 in a southerly and then east south easterly direction for 133 metres to a point south south east of Spring Farm at OSGRSO8774/0421.

PART 2
Description of site of new path Alength of footpath that runs from a OSGR SO68760/0430 north of Spring Farm in a generallysouth easterly direction for 111 metres to a point at OSGR SO8774/0421 and having a width of 2 metres. Please Note: This diversion is made in the interest of the landowner and will take the footpath away from the immediate vicinity of the house. The extinguishment is required as a cul-de-sac path will be left should the diversion be successful.
