PLANNING AND LISTED BUILDING – STATUTORY ADVERTS
The following applications for proposed development have been submitted to the Council. A copy of all applications, plans and other documents submitted may be inspected at Three Rivers House, Northway, Rickmansworth, Herts WD3 1RL between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. (Monday to Friday). Alternatively you can view the plans by visiting the Council’s website and using the Planning Online facility at the following web: http://www3.threerivers.gov.uk/online-applications/. Any representations on an application can be made using the Planning Online facility at the web address above or by emailing dconline@threerivers.gov.uk with the words “comments on application” followed by the application number in the subject box or by post marked for the attention of the Planning Section at the above address. Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments can only be taken into account if they are available for public inspection before the application is decided.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD PLANNING (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 2012 NOTICE OF NEIGHBOURHOOD AREA DESIGNATION
Three Rivers District Council received an application from Batchworth Community Council to designate the whole Batchworth parished area as a Neighbourhood Area. This application was in accordance with the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 and was subject to a six week public consultation. On 18th June 2018 the Policy and Resources Committee of Three Rivers District Council approved the application to designate a Neighbourhood Area in Batchworth. The designation of a Neighbourhood Area allows Batchworth Community Council to produce a Neighbourhood Plan which,if adopted by Three Rivers District Council, will become part of the statutory development plan for the designated area. A Decision Notice and a map defining the designated Batchworth Neighbourhood Area are available to view on the Council’s website (www.threerivers.gov.uk) and at: Three Rivers District Council, Three Rivers House, Northway, Rickmansworth, Herts, WD3 1RL.
