Quiz Night Live
Southwold Local Group of Avon Wildlife Trust are holding a Quiz Night on Friday, March 8, 7.30pm at the Old Grammar School, High Street, Chipping Sodbury. Groups of four costing £2 per person. Pamper Evening
At Shire Way Community Centre Yate on Friday, March 8 at 7pm – 9pm in aid of Phase Five Pre-School. Attending will be Body Shop, Jamie at Home, Avon and a range of hair accessories and jewellery sellers plus a raffle. For a stall or to buy tickets in advance contact Diane Walters on 01454 311459.
Spring Fair
St. Peters Hospice is holding a Spring Fair at Sodbury Town Hall on Saturday, March 9 10am – 4pm. A wide range of crafts will be on sale. Refreshments available. Admission free. For further information please call Stuart Dye on 01454 325453.
St. Patrick’s Eve Supper
On March 18, Rotary Club of Yate and District will be hosting a St Patrick’s Eve Supper with an Irish Band, a hot supper and a licensed bar in Iron Acton Village Hall. Money raised will go to the Children’s Hospice. Entry is £15 and doors open from 7pm for a start at 7.30pm. All are welcome, bring a friend. For more information call Pauline Horne on 01454 776420.
