The Farriers * This charming, well cared for property is situated within a courtyard of 12 period properties, all with historic affiliations to the Brockhampton Estate as workers cottages, stables, etc. This property was the original farriers building used for the Estate's horses.

* Lovely open-plan modern kitchen with integrated fridge and 2 freezers (other appliances by negotiation), plenty of storage with large feature arched windows, historically the original entrances for horses going into the farriers.

* Two good-sized double bedrooms on the first floor, the master with en-suite shower room and built-in vanity sink. There is a further good-sized single room and a family bathroom.

* There are some original exposed trusses and beams to the first floor, and the wooden flooring to the ground floor was reclaimed from the old Bromyard Village Hall prior to it being demolished.

The Outside * The property is approached via the main entrance to the Brockhampton Estate, with a private, “Residents Only” roadway leading to an ample parking area and the courtyard entrance.

* There is a mature and manageable garden to the rear of the property, with external access via a path from the garage area.

* The properties are situated around a well-maintained, communal front courtyard.

* Quiet and peaceful location enjoying views of the surrounding Estate grounds and woodland.

* There are two areas of woodland adjacent to the courtyard which form part of the lease and are for the private amenity use and enjoyment of the residents.
