Vendors Note

Our family spent 21 happy years in Alma Villa. The location provides the perfect combination of access to excellent schools in both the state and private sector, easy reach of the train station for a commute to London or Heathrow airport in just over an hour and many amazing weekend and leisure options, including lots of National Trust properties and stunning landscapes. The house is versatile and welcoming, with over 160 years of heritage. Warm in the winter and cool in the summer, with a garden that flourishes in all seasons, it was the perfect place to bring up our children, alongside the cats, chickens, rabbit and fish.

The cellars and large garage both offer options for further conversion, potentially for a home office and gaming room.
