Occupying a dominant position on rising ground some 4 miles north east of the market town of Ross-on-Wye, Bayton Barn originally formed part of the ancient Bayton Farm, the origins of which probably date back to the 18th Century.

The conversion of Bayton Barn itself was carried out to a high standard some 27 years ago, since when the current owners have enhanced the property yet further, and created an exceptionally appealing single storey annexe.

Positioned to the rear of the property is an original stone barn, now converted to create an exceptionally spacious double garage, whilst close by is a further single storey stone building currently comprising a superb hobbies/workshop/potential wfh Studio.

Set centrally between all of the aforementioned buildings is an atmospheric paved and gravelled courtyard, the walls being adorned with shrubs and climbers to most appealing effect.

There are four superb main reception areas, an outstanding 18' kitchen/breakfast room, whilst to the first floor are three bedrooms, two with en-suite facilities plus a full family bathroom and w.c. As well as an office with potential as a fourth bedroom.

Standard of accommodation throughout is high, and views from the front of the property are nothing less than spectacular, extending across the circular gravelled approach drive and manicured front gardens towards undulating countryside and farmland beyond.

Installed on the south westerly roof slope of the annexe is an array of 18 pv Solar Panels generating 3.4Kw, and currently bringing in approx. £1,900pa as well as supplying power to both properties. To those potentially interested, we highly recommend a viewing.
