Since purchasing the property in the early months of 2018, the owners have sympathetically refurbished the property significantly improving and installing some fantastic features which in our opinion are worth noting:

1)2018 a new Worcester gas central heating boiler and Green Star hot water tank boasting 2 bar pressure were installed.

2)There is a Quooker instant boiling/hot water tap in the kitchen.

3)Both fire places in the living room & dining room have been re-commissioned (part of the living room chimney rebuilt externally) and are in good working order.

4)All main rooms in the property feature an ethernet cabling port.

5)There is a Nest system in the property, the control unit in the main entrance hall operates the hot water and central heating system in the property.

A separate Nest controller operates the wet under floor heating system in the kitchen & utility areas.
