Furzey Hill is a small hamlet situated in open countryside c. 8 miles to the east of Cirencester and close by to the pretty Cotswold villages of Marston Meysey and Meysey Hampton.

Marston Meysey offers a traditional Cotswold pub, The Old Spotted Cow, a well-supported Church and an active village hall community whilst the nearby village of Meysey Hampton also supports a pub, The Masons Arms, together with a highly regarded primary school.
