Hawkesbury Parish Hall, High Street, Hawkesbury, extension to existing play area, installation of new play equipment, erection of a zip wire and associated works.
Berkeley
Barns at Hainses, Halmore Lane, Wanswell, change of use of agricultural building to dwellinghouse with operational development including demolition & formation of associated residential curtilage.
Thornbury
Land at Crossways, Morton Way, development of up to 80 dwellings, with access to be determined.
5 North Road, demolition of existing outbuilding and subdivision of existing dwelling to create two dwellings and erection of two new dwellings and associated works.
Wotton
Broadbridge Mill, Wortley Road, convert the loft into a one bedroom ancillary flat for staff use.
Yate
Ladys Wood Shooting School, Mapleridge Lane, creation of new access road.
Wood Leaze Residential Care Home, Station Road, change of use from 32 bedroom care home to a short term supported housing scheme of 18 bedrooms Sui Generis.
Including, demolition of existing training conservatory and link to building, erection of single storey side extension to training room and replacement of existing timber windows and doors with UPVC double glazed windows and doors.
