Duran Duran have announced the release date for their new album, Paper Gods, along with a UK arena tour.
The band revealed the album – which will feature Lindsay Lohan, former Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist John Frusciante, Kiesza, Mr Hudson and violinist Davide Rossi – is due out worldwide on September 11, 2015.
Lead singer Simon Le Bon said: “I judge what we release by my favourite albums — Horses, Harvest, Let It Bleed, Blue, Transformer, Aladdin Sane. Those are classic albums. The only rule is it’s got to be music you can live with for the rest of your life.”
Li-Lo revealed in December last year she had been in the studio with the British New Romantics in December last year, along with her sister Ali Lohan.
Duran Duran have also announced that they will perform a series of summer festivals, followed by a UK arena tour which begins in late November.
