Twice a year, show designers’ teams try their hardest to get the perfect front row for their show at London Fashion Week. And each time, although the people may change (aside from Anna Wintour), the formula is pretty much the same.
If we’re being honest, designers only want people on their front rows who can a) afford the clothes and b) influence the sale of their clothes, so naturally it’s a collection of celebs/important folk in the fashion world and incredibly wealthy people.
So who would make up the perfect front row?
1. American Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, obvs.
2. A supermodel.
3. A fashionista.
4. An ‘it’ girl (probably turned fashion columnist).
5. A ’current’ British pop star.
6. Someone from Made In Chelsea.
7. Cara AND Poppy Delevingne.
8. A rising star.
9. An A-list actor.
10. A YouTuber.
11. A pair of famous friends.
12. Anyone affiliated with the designer (eco-pioneer Vivienne Westwood had Natalie Bennett at her AW15 show).
13. A celebrity with a massive social media following.
14. The designer’s (preferably famous) significant other.
