5. An award-winning play, Visitors, by Barney Norris, will be toured by Impact Theatre this spring starting at The Regent Centre in Christchurch on Thursday before moving on tot The Hub in Verwood, the Tivoli in Wimborne and the Shelley Theatre in Boscombe.

6. One of Britain’s best-loved comedians, Michael McIntyre, arrives at the BIC on Thursday for a four night run.

7. The grand final of the Bournemouth and Poole Tourism Awards (BAPTAS) takes place at Lighthouse on Thursday night.

8. Dominoes, which explores themes of identity and family roots, opens at Lighthouse for two nights on Friday and Saturday.

9. Brit Floyd is at the Lighthouse on Saturday at 7.30pm performing songs from Pink Floyd’s best-loved and biggest selling albums.

10. Wheelchair rugby team, The Dorset Destroyers, hosts a 24-hour-plus marathon at the weekend to promote the sport and to raise money for charity. The players are also hoping to get into the Guinness Book of World Records by beating the current record held in Poland.
