BRITAIN’S best-loved and most important performance poet John Cooper Clarke is stopping of at Bristol's Anson Rooms this October as one of a series of UK National dates.
John's biting, satirical, political and very funny verse, delivered in a unique rapid-fire performance style, resonated with the punk movement of the seventies. His work recently saw him awarded a Doctorate of Arts at Salford University.
In 2014, JCC remains a key orator of British society. His mark is indelibly seen in today’s pop culture and he remains one of the most important voices of our time, and one of the greatest performers currently touring.
John Cooper Clarke Live comes to Bristol's Anson Rooms on Saturday, October 18. Tickets for the tour are on sale now from www.gigsandtours.com
