A SOUTH Gloucestershire health and social care watchdog has launched a new website for people to review the services they use.
Healthwatch South Gloucestershire, an independent watchdog for health and social care, has launched a new website with an easy to use feedback centre where people can leave reviews and give star ratings for their local health and social care services.
People can access and use the website on their computers, tablets or mobile phones although people can also phone or write to Healthwatch South Gloucestershire if they do not use the internet.
The site aims to listen to what people say about their local services and then gives the people who run the services feedback and ideas for improvement.
Pat Foster, manager of Healthwatch South Gloucestershire, said: “Our new website will enable us to reach and hear from many more people about their experiences of NHS and social care services across the county and we will be able to spot issues and trends quickly and let the health and social care providers know.”
The new website can be found here www.healthwatchsouthglos.co.uk.
