A MISCONDUCT hearing into decide the future of Avon and Somerset chief constable, Nick Gargan, will begin on Monday, June 29.
He was suspended following allegations of inappropriate behaviour towards women.
The decision to hold the hearing on June 29 was made at a preliminary hearing on Friday, April 24.
An independent panel will hear the case and provide their findings in a report to the police and crime commissioner to help inform her decision on the outcome of the proceedings.
