A FIRE involving a deep fat fryer started in a pub in Bristol.
Fire crews were called to Grosvenor Road in the St Pauls area of Bristol at just after 6pm last night to reports of a fire in a pub.
Crews from Avonmouth Fire Station and Brislington Fire Station attended the scene and on arrival, firefighters found the fire was already out.
Two firefighters in breathing apparatus entered the pub and a ventilation fan was to use to clear smoke from the property.
A man in his 60s was treated for the effects of smoke inhalation.
The cause of the fire is thought to be accidental.
