Fire service called to assist paramedics after man falls ill in 70 ft crane
YESTERDAY evening, at about 5.45pm, fire crews were called to Avonmouth docks after receiving reports opf a man feeling unwell in a 70 ft container crane.
Paramedics treated the man for abdominal pain but required the fire service's help in lowering the man in his 40s from the crane.
The man was taken to hospital by paramedics.
