POLICE are appealing for information after a man was assaulted in South Gloucestershire.
They have released an image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the assault, which happened at around 6.20pm on Monday, January 30 in the pedestrian entrance to the car park to Kings Chase Shopping Centre in Regent Street in Kingswood.
Two men exchanged words before the suspect punched the victim several times, knocking him to the floor before walking towards the high street.
The victim did not require medical attention, however police are keen to speak to the man pictured as he is believed to have been in the area at the time.
The man, or anyone recognising him, are advised to call 101 quoting reference 5217022022.
