Broken down horse box causing heavy congestion around the M48 Severn Crossing
A BROKEN down horse box has closed a lane on the M48 Severn Crossing, causing long queues of traffic.
The incident, which has taken place between the Aust and Wye Valley Link Road junctions on the westbound carriageway, has closed lane one.
The westbound side was temporarily fully closed to allow the horses on board to be transferred to another lorry.
