Thornbury Horticultural Society are holding their summer show next weekend.
The show is being held at Armstrong Hall, Chapel Street, from 2-4pm on Saturday, August 11.
Around the town visitors will be able to see Thornbury in Bloom's award-winning displays that have been entered in to both the regional and national competitions.
Inside the hall there are competitions for vegetables, flowers, floral art, cooking, photography and handy crafts.
There are also classes for children and Women's Institute clubs can enter in to the challenge cup.
Members and non-members are permitted to exhibit. Entries cost 30p per class (20p for children) and are open until Wednesday, August 8.
Admission to the show costs £2 for adults, £1.50 for OAPS and is free for children under 14.
