PHILLIPS Malcolm Following a short illness peacefully passed away on Thursday, August 23rd, at Gloucester Royal Hospital, aged 76 years. His Funeral will take place at St. Marys Priory Church, Chepstow, on Thursday, September 20th, at 2 p.m., followed by a private Family only Burial.
