A Thornbury resident has written to the Gazette editor to suggest that not all 'remoaners' are simple souls:
Oh to live in a world of certainty like Mr Radnedge (letters, 27 September), a world where all Frenchmen are pompous (not like our Messrs Rees Mogg and Johnson) and “remoaners” are simple souls who have been duped by foreigners into thinking that it might be a good idea to put whatever Brexit deal is eventually proposed to a people’s vote, given its impact on current and future generations.
