Boat incident
An incident involving a boat has caused traffic on the M4.
The issue has forced one lane to be closed in the westbound direction on the motorway.
Traffic is being caused after a boat, on a trailer attached to a car, seemed to nearly fall off.
The car and trailer is in the hard shoulder but the inside lane is closed when the situation is dealt with.
