More than 70 vehicles took part in an annual tractor run to celebrate the life of a young farmer who tragically died in a car accident.

Harry Copperthwaite Smith was 17 when he was killed in an accident on roads between Woodford and North Nibley in 2012.

This year's event saw tractors and land rovers gather at Forthay Farm, North Nibley, on Sunday October 21.

Participants enjoyed a breakfast roll, a cup of tea and a chat before heading out.

They travelled through Ozleworth, Alderley, Hillesley and landed at the Beaufort Arms, Hawkesbury for nearly an hour.

From there they went to Horton and across the common, heading through Hillesley, along Nind Lane, Kingswood to Wortley and up Wotton High Street back to Forthay Farm.

There was then lunch with a raffle and auction of donated items.

The event raised £1376.94 for RoadPeace.
