M4 traffic easing after serious lorry crash cleared
Long delays in both directions of the M4 are easing after a serious crash involving two heavy goods vehicles.
Emergency services have now completed recovery and re-opened all lanes between J18 and J19 of the motorway, though Highways England has estimated residual delays of around 30 minutes westbound and 20 minutes eastbound.
Emergency services had closed one lane eastbound between J18 and J19 and two lanes westbound following the morning crash.
