Thornbury will be celebrating youth for their next South West in Bloom entry.
The Thornbury in Bloom team yesterday announced the theme of 'Celebrating Youth' for this year's competition.
A message on their Facebook page said the theme was about 'encouraging young gardeners and conservationists' and 'preserving our world for their future'.
The group is hoping people of all ages get involved with In Bloom this year and already has lots of ideas of how to incorporate theme in their floral displays.
The town has won a gold medal at South West in Bloom every year since 2000.
Having been named Champion of Champions for the South West in 2017, last year they competed in the national final and obtained a gold medal.
