The Avon Fire and Rescue Service has posted pictures on their Twitter page showing crews in training.
Firefighters from Yate Fire Station, Avonmouth, Southmead and Nailsea took part in the training over the weekend.
The post on Twitter said: "On Saturday, crews from @YateFireStation, @AvonmouthFire, @Southmeadfire, @HicksGateFire & @NailseaFireStn took part in joint training in Moreton with the Salamndre Foam pods, utilising various foam attacks on large storage tanks. #TeamAvon #Training."
