Organisers of the Tewkesbury Classic Vehicle Festival have revealed the date for this year's show.

Over 1000 classic vehicles turn out at Tewkesbury School Playing Fields for the event, which will take place on Sunday, August 18.

The festival features live entertainment as a number of bands from the area and around 100 quality trade stalls provide a lot to see.

Run by the Tewkesbury Rotary Club, the event is now in to its ninth year and provides a great platform for fundraising.

Last year the rotary club were able to donate £6000 to the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity and £3000 to Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court Hospice.
