WOTTON under Edge Dramatic Society helped to banish the winter blues by means of a good old fashioned panto.

Here's the cast singing their wonderful rendition of Bring Me Sunshine:

Performances of Mother Goose took place at the town hall, where audiences were transported to Featherdown-Dilly-on-the-Wold, home of Mother Goose and her family.

Along the way they were introduced to a number of characters including a scheming squire, a pompous lady of the manor and a golden egg laying goose whilst being guided through the proceedings by ‘Virtue’ and ‘Temptation’.

Co-written by Jane Parker and Anthony Young, the show featured plenty of songs, laughter and, in true pantomime fashion, tons of audience participation.
