The volunteers at Chipping Sodbury Library have been working hard to create a jam-packed schedule for those wanting to use the facility.
In the coming weeks the Friends of Chipping Sodbury Library group are launching a completely new group.
It is aimed at helping those with limited social activity by giving people an opportunity to bring a book and talk about it with others in a group.
The session will take place at the library, next to the police station, on February 6 and has been dubbed the Sodbury book-along
A spokesperson for the group said: "The volunteers at Chipping Sodbury Library are starting up a new group and welcome everyone to drop in for complimentary tea or coffee and biscuits, and share your thoughts on your choice of books.
"These book sharing sessions will be fortnightly, from 3-4 p.m. on Wednesday afternoons, starting from the 6 February.
"We are looking forward to you joining us."
