Despite everything that is going on with Brexit negotiations in London, the MP for Thornbury and Yate Luke Hall was out on the weekend holding surgeries for residents to discuss their concerns.
On Saturday morning, just days on from the key vote on Prime Minister Theresa May’s deal, Mr Hall visited supermarkets in his constituency.
There were two surgery sessions held in Tesco in Thornbury and also Morrisons in Yate, residents were able to question Luke over issues in the area as well as those in London.
The MP’s across the Gazette patch had differing views when it came to the vote last Tuesday, with Luke Hall voting in favour of the deal and David Drew, MP for Stroud voting against.
