Burglary in Wotton
OFFICERS are appealing for information following a burglary in Wotton under Edge.
The home on Wortley Road was broken into on February 8.
The resident was out from 8.40am to 1pm, when it is believed that the unknown offenders walked round to the back of the house, where they then forced the glass on the patio doors to gain entry.
Once inside the property a search was carried out and a personal item was removed.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call police on 101 with reference incident 196 of February 8 or call independent crime-fighting charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
