Always picking up a niggle when you go for a run? This could be the event for you.
Staff from The Thornbury Clinic are holding a talk to teach people how to avoid common injuries.
Clinical lead Guy Oldring, senior physiotherapist Sarah West and massage therapist Stephanie Pasco will discuss injuries regularly treated in the clinic and give tips that can help prevent them.
They will be explaining the anatomy of these injuries as well as the reasons why they occur.
At the end of the 90-minute talk there will be time for you to ask questions and ask for advice about injuries you are struggling with.
Injuries that will be covered include lower back pain, posture and exercise related shoulder impingement and commonly seen running injuries.
