Rock 'n' Roll is returning to Thornbury next month.
The regular events, organised by Ted O'Sullivan, are held in the town's Armstrong Hall.
Ted has previously raised thousands of pounds for charity. An event in 2017 raised £1,250 for Thornbury Hospital's League of Friends.
This time around proceeds will go towards Lennox Children's Cancer Fund.
Ted first started his Rock 'n' Roll nights in the 70s and has no plans to stop any time soon, with 150-350 people usually in attendance, many of whom will have travelled from out of town.
"I'll keep doing it as long as people come" he said.
Ted says his events are a chance for people to hear songs you don't hear very often.
The next event is being held from 7.30pm until late on Saturday, March 9.
Northamptonshire Rock 'n' Roll band Rockin'Em will be performing and
resident DJ Rockin John will be on the decks.
There will also be a bar and a raffle.
Tickets are £10 and are available on the door or by calling Ted on 07443 018405.
