This week the Gazette reported that around 28,000 people would be using the motorways to get to Filton Airfield and Bristol.
Popular band Massive Attack are performing two shows, tonight and tomorrow, at the airfield as part of their Mezzanine XXI tour and 14,000 people are expected to attend on each night.
That combined with Bristol Bears hosting Gloucester Rugby tonight at Ashton Gate could cause quite a few traffic issues, with the Highways Agency releasing a warning for the motorways.
M4/M5 Almondsbury Interchange and M4 J19 likely to be busy during today's afternoon/evening peak with traffic heading to the Massive Attack concert + Bristol Bears rugby match | Please allow extra time for your journey@MassiveAttackUK @BristolBears
