Showrooms at the new Ladden Garden Village development in North Yate are finally set to open to the public.
Building has been going on at the since the middle of 2018, with some residents in the area expressing concerns after huge issues with dust and noise.
The development, brought about by David Wilson and Barratt Homes, will see over 2000 new homes built in the area near to Brimsham Green School.
The building works will take place over a period of fifteen years.
Now though the first official showrooms are being unveiled on March 16, with potential buyers finally able to get a look inside the homes.
Louise Ware, sales director at David Wilson Homes, said: “We can’t wait to finally open the doors to Ladden Garden Village and let local buyers see inside. It’s been a real passion project for us and that really shows in the quality of the homes.”
