A police dog that is part of Avon and Somersetr Police's dog division is being praised online after she helped arrest a man that was wielding a knife.
The incident took place in South Bristol and saw a man making threats towards his partner.
Police Dog Indie was then deployed and helped locate the individual who dropped the knife and ran before being arrested.
Indie has since been praised after the incident was noted on her Twitter page with numerous comments of support from the public grateful she returned unscathed from the incident.
