Thornbury Clarinet Choir will be giving a recital later this month.

They will be playing at St Mary's Church on the afternoon of March 24.

The choir, who have been playing together since 2013, has a range of clarinets from the small E-flat to the large contrabass clarinet.

For the recital on April 28 you have the chance to pick the music as it will consist of people's favourite hymns.

If you would like to choose one email your request to Malcolm Kittle, the church's organist, at malcolmkittle@hotmail.com.

Both recitals will begin at 4pm and will be followed by tea.

There will also be a retiring collection at both recitals.
