EIGHTEEN hours of arts will help to mark the end of winter in Wotton-under-Edge.
For the fourth year, Under the Edge Arts (UTEA) will be hosting its popular Spring into Summer event, featuring 33 performances across two venues.
The marathon programme of back to back music, poetry, art, films, dance, drama and more will take place in the Chipping Hall and Chipping Hall Clubroom over the course of the day, with funds raised going to support the work of UTEA.
Kicking off at 6am on Saturday, March 30 with Set in Stone - a combination of music and film from Simon Richmond and John Metcalfe, the event will run right through to midnight, when the Round the Edge Choir will bring proceeding to a close.
The smorgasbord of arts activities even includes a gong bath.
There will also be a side event for Brain Tumour research, to celebrate National Hat Day with a hat bring and buy in UTEA’s UA Fanthorpe Room.
