A 10-YEAR-old from Cam has been using her baking skills to help animals.
Emily Roberts is a member of 1st Coaley Brownies and was recently working towards her charity badge.
To be awarded the badge, one of the things Brownies must do is raise funds for their chosen charity.
Emily, who said she loves all animals, especially cats, decided to fundraise for Teckels Animal Sanctuary in Whitminster.
Emily enjoys baking and so decided to make and sell a range of cakes.
With a little help from her mum Elaine, she made a lemon drizzle, a Victoria sponge, a chocolate cake and cupcakes with different toppings.
She set up three different cake sales: one at the end of her street, one at school, and one at the Brownies.
The cakes all sold and Emily raised £200 for Teckels.
Emily's efforts have also earned her the Brownie charity badge.
